Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced cannabis grower for a newly licensed cultivation facility Colorado. Cannabis growers will be responsible to oversee the operations at this cannabis cultivation facility.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in horticulture or agriculture, and have significant experience managing a production facility including 1-2 years of indoor grows and a proven track record of creating award winning strains with High THC and Terpene Concentrations.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, cloning, transplanting, and providing nutrients for various strains of marijuana plants
Setting up and maintaining irrigation systems and environmental controls
Keep track of their facility’s inventory.
Qualifications:
Cannabis growers need experience working at a greenhouse or indoor farm.
Leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Establishing schedules and workflow.
